Cinco de Mayo Celebration

  Cinco de Mayo decorations for our dining room this year were made by our residents. Everyone had a wonderful time making brightly colored paper flag banners, tissue paper tassels, paper chains and Mexican flags.
  The bull pinata took a few strong hits to break...but eventually the candy spilled out and was enjoyed by everyone before going into the dining room for a lunch of chips and salsa, cheese enchiladas with traditional side dishes and a festive lime chiffon cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
